Alfonso has 30 years of football playing experience and has been a dedicated coach with MVFC for the last 3 years. He coaches all the players with the same care and commitment he gives to his son. Alfonso plays in the local adult league where he leads his team in scoring. His love for the game is contagious, his focus with all the players is to improve and develop a love for the game as he has.

Jordan is a dedicated youth soccer coach with three years of experience coaching at the competitive level. He is passionate about long‑term player development and believes strongly in creating a positive, challenging, and fun environment that keeps players motivated and excited to continue their soccer journey. Jordan emphasizes growth both on and off the field, helping players build skills, confidence, and a love for the game. Outside of coaching, he also serves as a referee for both AYSO and USSF, giving him a well‑rounded perspective on the game and deep respect for fair play and sportsmanship.
